How Our Support Works
JSOrient does not hold a fixed universal set of certifications that automatically applies to every product or every market. Instead, we assess each project's requirements with you and determine which certificates, test reports, and documents are needed -- then work to provide, coordinate, or arrange them accordingly. Some documents are readily available; others require third-party testing or customer-led processes. We will always tell you clearly what we can deliver and what falls outside our scope.

Product Quality Certificates
We can provide or help coordinate quality certificates relevant to your product and target market. Common examples include material certificates, product conformity declarations, and ISO-aligned quality records. Specific certifications depend on the product type and destination market requirements.
Testing & Inspection Reports
We carry out in-house quality inspection and can arrange third-party laboratory testing through accredited labs when required. Pre-shipment inspection reports, dimensional inspection records, and performance test reports are available based on product and order requirements.
Packaging & Labeling Documents
We produce custom packaging and labels to your specifications. Supporting documentation includes packing lists, carton specifications, label artwork files, barcode data, and packaging material declarations. We can adapt packaging to meet retailer or market-specific requirements.
Product Manuals & Instructions
We can prepare or customize product instruction sheets, user manuals, safety warnings, and multilingual inserts based on your brand requirements and the end markets you serve. Content is coordinated with your team to ensure accuracy and compliance with local language or regulatory needs.
Factory Audit Materials
For customers conducting supplier audits or due diligence, we can provide factory profile documentation, quality management process overviews, production capacity data, equipment lists, and relevant compliance records. We welcome on-site audits and third-party audit coordination upon request.
Export & Trade Documents
We prepare standard export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs declaration support. We work with freight forwarders and can coordinate documentation for FOB, CIF, and DDP shipment terms as agreed.

Certifications Vary by Market
Different markets have different mandatory and voluntary certification requirements. We work with you to identify what applies to your product and destination.
European Markets
CE marking, REACH compliance, RoHS declarations, and EN standard test reports are commonly required. We can coordinate relevant testing and documentation based on the specific product category and applicable directives.
North American Markets
ANSI/ASME standards, UL listings, and Prop 65 compliance may be relevant depending on the product. Some certifications require customer-led processes; we provide technical data, samples, and documentation to support your applications.
Australia & Other Markets
WaterMark, SAI Global, and regional import compliance requirements vary by product type. For markets in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, we work with you to identify applicable standards and coordinate supporting documentation.

We do not guarantee certification outcomes that depend on processes outside our direct control.
