Design Concept & Brief
Share your product idea in any format -- a sketch, a reference sample, a competitor product, or a written spec. Our team reviews your brief and identifies the best manufacturing approach for plumbing or automotive tools. We clarify scope, target market, performance requirements, and budget range before any work begins.
Engineering & Prototyping
For ODM projects, our R&D engineers produce technical drawings and 3D models. For OEM, we work from your provided drawings or reverse-engineer an approved sample. We select appropriate materials -- steel grades, alloy compositions, polymer types -- matched to the tool category and target durability standard. Physical prototypes are produced and shared for your review.
Sample Confirmation
Pre-production samples are sent to you for physical evaluation. You test function, fit, feel, and finish. Feedback is incorporated into revised samples until the product meets your standard. A signed sample sign-off locks the specification for mass production. We retain a golden sample at the factory as the production benchmark.
Branding: Logo, Color & Surface Treatment
Your brand is applied at the product level. Logo placement is confirmed -- engraved, laser-etched, silk-screened, or stamped depending on material and surface. Color specifications (RAL, Pantone, or custom mix) are matched and approved. Surface treatments -- chrome plating, powder coating, black oxide, phosphate, anodizing -- are selected for aesthetics and corrosion resistance.
Packaging, Labels & Manuals
Packaging is designed or adapted to your brand standards -- blister packs, color boxes, hang tags, polybags, or master cartons. Label artwork is prepared with your logo, product codes, barcodes, compliance marks, and any required regulatory text. Instruction manuals and product inserts are produced in your required languages. All artwork is submitted for your approval before printing.
Production Follow-Up
Once production is confirmed, you receive scheduled production updates. Our factory coordinators track each stage -- raw material preparation, machining, assembly, surface treatment, and packaging -- against the agreed timeline. Any deviation is flagged early with a corrective action plan. You have a single point of contact throughout.
Quality Inspection
In-line quality checks are performed throughout production against the golden sample and agreed specification. Before shipment, a pre-shipment inspection (PSI) verifies dimensions, finish, function, quantity, and packaging integrity. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, or your nominated agency can be arranged. Inspection reports are provided with each shipment.
Shipment Coordination
We coordinate export documentation, freight booking, and customs clearance on your behalf. We support FOB, CIF, and DDP trade terms. All required export documents -- commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and any product certifications -- are prepared accurately and on time. We work with trusted freight partners to ensure reliable transit to your destination port or warehouse.
