Incoming Material Inspection
Every batch of raw materials -- steel, alloy, rubber, and hardware components -- is sampled and tested against material specifications before entering the production floor. Dimensional checks, chemical composition certificates, and hardness tests are verified and filed as IQC records.

Supplier Stability Assessment
Sub-suppliers and component vendors are evaluated on a rolling scorecard covering delivery punctuality, defect rates, and documentation compliance. Only approved vendors appear on the Approved Supplier List (ASL), which is reviewed quarterly and updated when performance thresholds are breached.

First-Article Inspection (FAI)
Before any production run begins, a First Article Inspection report is generated for new SKUs, revised designs, or new tooling. The FAI compares the physical sample against the approved drawing, buyer specifications, and golden sample. Customer sign-off is required before mass production is authorized.

In-Process Inspection (IPQC)
Quality inspectors conduct patrol checks at defined intervals throughout the production process. Critical control points -- forging, machining, heat treatment, plating, and assembly -- each carry their own control plan with measurable parameters, sampling frequency, and documented pass/fail criteria.

Finished Product Sampling (OQC)
Completed production lots undergo outgoing quality control sampling before packaging. Inspections follow AQL sampling tables (typically AQL 1.0 critical / 2.5 major / 4.0 minor) covering appearance, dimensions, function, labeling, and packaging integrity. Full OQC reports are available per order.

Shipment Inspection
Prior to container loading, a pre-shipment inspection confirms that carton counts, product quantities, markings, and documentation match the packing list and purchase order exactly. Carton drop tests, moisture checks, and seal integrity assessments are performed as standard. Loading is recorded photographically.

Customer Inspection Support
Buyers and their representatives are welcome to conduct factory visits and on-site inspections at any production stage. JSOrient provides dedicated coordination, open access to production records, test equipment, and sample retention. Third-Party Inspection
JSOrient fully supports and cooperates with independent third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, and QIMA. We provide advance scheduling, unobstructed access, and all relevant documentation. Third-party inspection results are treated as binding and addressed through formal corrective action if findings arise.

Video Inspection Service
For buyers who cannot travel to China, JSOrient offers scheduled live-video inspection sessions via video call. Our QC team walks through the production floor, finished goods, packaging lines, and inspection records in real time. Recorded sessions and timestamped photo sets are shared as supplementary evidence files.

Complaint Handling & CAPA
All customer quality complaints are logged within 24 hours of receipt and assigned to a dedicated quality engineer. Root cause analysis (RCA) is conducted using 8D or 5-Why methodology. A corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plan with defined timelines is issued to the customer, and effectiveness is verified before the case is closed.
